We are proud to say that all of our pond equipment is purchased from Canadian distributors. We do not believe in buying from USA based suppliers as there are many drawbacks to buying from south of the border, including higher shipping fees, duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees and major difficulties in returning defective products for replacement or warranty coverage.
We are Canadian Authorized dealers for all of the pond equipment we sell and as such we handle any warranty issues in house. In the rare instance that one of our products fails within the warranty period you can count on us to repair or replace your item in a fast and courteous manner.

I had to write to express my admiration & appreciation of your fantastic service & great prices! I placed my order via E-Mail 05/16/05, from British Columbia, well past business hours in Ontario & received almost immediate confirmation of my order. The next morning I was contacted by telephone , by a representative ,expressing regret that the pump that I had ordered was out of stock & backordered one week , so rather than delay delivery of my order an even larger & more expensive pump was being shipped to me at the same price as my lesser sized & priced pump. Within the hour I received confirmation from Canada Post that a shipment had been processed from Pets & Ponds to me via "Expedited Parcel".
I have never received such prompt & considerate service in person , let alone long distance via E-Mail ! I must also express delight in your prices - I paid in excess of $100.00
less through your company , shipment included; on my original order, not even considering the upgrade, than could be found at any outlet here in Prince George.
