HELLO, First of all, I would like to thank Pets and Ponds for such quick and efficient service. I placed an order on Dec. 31/03 and received it today, Jan. 7/04. That's very impressive mail order service and very important when you live in a remote area of this province. Secondly, I want to say that I'm thrilled with your prices. I purchased a Fluval 304 and a Tronic heater and saved over $70.00 just on those 2 items compared to shopping at SuperPet in Thunder Bay (250 km away). I returned the exact same items to them because of the savings I received purchasing from Pets and Ponds. I even gave them the chance to match the price, but they would not or could not!
