Tropicaire Air Humidifier & Exchanger Without Pump

A terrarium should be properly ventilated. The TropicAire Humidifier and Air Exchanger was developed to help overcome these problems. Especially during the cooler months of the year, when the air in heated homes and apartments is the most dry, the TropicAire will provide a steady flow of fresh, humid air to help maintain a comfortable environment for all moisture loving reptiles and amphibians.

Instructions:
Attach the round air diffuser to the short (11") piece of flexible tubing. Connect the other end to one of the nozzles on the inside of the black cover of the TropicAire. Cut an appropriate length of the supplied flexible tubing to connect the pump to the intake nozzle of the TropicAire. The intake nozzle is the one that has the air diffuser attached on the inside. Attach one end of the remaining tubing to the output nozzle of the Tropic Aire, and the other end to the rigid, perforated tube. Close the end of the rigid, perforated tube with the plug provided. Place the perforated tube into the center of the terrarium and, using the suction cups, attach it horizontally to the rear wall of the terrarium, close to the bottom. Be careful not to have the air tubing squeezed shut if the tubing is draped over the top frame of the terrarium and a screen cover is resting on it.

Specifications:
Air Pump selection should be based on the size of the aquarium. 10-15 gallon tank - at least 1200 cc/min. 20-30 gallon tank - at least 2500 cc/min. 55 gallon tank - at least 4000 cc/min.

Size:
3 7/8" L x 3 7/8" W x 12" H
