Red Sea CO2 Reactor 500 Item Code: ROYARER51034 Fully adjustable, tiny CO2 reactor packs enough power to provide essential CO2 to planted tanks from 10-125 gallons, while blending discreetly into the background. Turbulent flow CO2/water interface completely dissolves CO2, while non-dissolvable gases are vented to the water's surface for proper gas exchange. Designed to come apart easily for cleaning and maintenance. Includes adjustable 65 gph pump. Instructions Connect the free end of the CO2 tubing you have previously connected to the top of the bubble counter to the CO2 inlet located on the top of the reactor. Set the flow rate of the pump to minimum by rotating the flow valve located on top of the pump. Immerse the reactor in the aquarium and hold up side down for a few moments to allow all of the air that may be trapped inside to escape. Using the suction cups provided, attach the reactor to the side or back wall of the aquarium wherever convenient. There is no requirement for the reactor to be at a particular depth as the CO2 dissolves inside the reactor providing a constant flow of CO2 rich water. Make sure that the reactor will remain underwater after allowing for a drop in water level due to evaporation. Connect the check valve on the inlet line to the reactor.
